Exchange 2000 indeed offers item-level and also field-level security and
I'm sure it is documented somewhere. The only problem is that there is
no UI to do such stuff and IIRC only the Exchange SDK has a sample
Webapp to mess with item-level security but several people reported
problems when using it for complex stuff :-(
