If you add the inbox of that other mailbox to your Favorite folders, you
can at least easily monitor if that mailbox has new email items.
I do this to all my users that have monitor other mailboxes. They loved
it once I showed them how to use it...
But to answer your question, I have seen
I have used OWA Notify http://www.envador.com/OWANotify/ to monitor my
schools email. It works like Gmail Notifier.
