Yes.

But why would you want them to? The information still has to be proxied back to 
the home site (well, wherever the primary/live copy of the database is). 
Whether you have CAS do it or you do it over the public internet matters not 
one jot nor tittle.

quick question about this cause I dont know the answer; if i create a DAG in 
the US and I create another one in Europe just to simplify there are 2 
locations in each area. If a user goes from the US to Europe for a meeting and 
I have a seperate URL for my users in Europe for OWA/ActiveSync, can the US 
user use the OWA URL for Europe and get to their mail?
