permissions to do so. Check the permissions for the mailboxes being

They can't by default, unless someone has gone to a specific mailbox on the Exchange server and added a user to someone's mailbox. Go to the mailbox in question on the EX server and check the permissions. By default, regular users should have permissions
What version of Exchange/Outlook? For Exchange 5.5/Outlook 2000 the default
permission for user's Inbox is none. You can see this by right clicking on
the user's Inbox in Outlook, selecting Properties and the Permissions tab.
