Try setting some to fixed IP's and fixed DNS/WINS details on some of the affected workstations. Sounds like a possible dhcp/portfast switch problem if you can reboot and get it working. Cheers, Marty

These are Win98SE OS, MS logins to a NT4 domain. It can sit there all day (but they call us first) before actually opening the app. Once a technician arrives and reboots the PC, Outlook will open.
