Not really assuming you take the proper precautions; dismounting databases,
stopping services, having a good backup standing by. You also need to
remember to remove any old OEM software left behind that is used to monitor
hardware, drivers, etc. Those use up resources that you probably won't

You may also have issues with activation if you had an OEM server license.
I had this issue witha small business server I was playing with only to
find out that it was an OEM license on the server, even though the tag had
been removed by the previous admin.
