Was the old server the first server in the site?
If so, the system folder housing free/busy info is gone. Check Q152960
about rebuilding the site folders.

Were
the old and the new boxes in the same site (I assume the same site). How did you
transfer them? How do you have your rights set up on the Exchange
Org/Site/Containers/Server. Being a member of Domain Admins is only relevant if
that group has the correct permissions in Exchange.
