Just for reference sake, in case it happens to anyone else creating a new AD
structure:
Our issue was that we have multiple sites listed under Sites and Services, but
there aren't subnets created for each site.
So, when I ran the command, it couldn't tell what Site the new exchange server
One of the Top 10 issues I find when doing AD Assessments.
