Open Outlook and select Tools-Rules wizard. All rules will be
displayed. In Outlook client side rules are denoted with (Client-only)
to the far right of the rule, all other rules are server side.

I think you can get to them with the MDB Viewer utility, mdbvu32.exe.
Or use Outlook logged into the mailbox of the rules you want to see.

Inbound, an alternate email address for receipt is easy of course.
Outbound, it is not so.
I have seen some create an Outlook form that has an alternate SMTP address
in the BCC field automatically. Others use journaling. Others depend on
the individuals to BCC the right address.
