I didn't see an answer for this one.

There is a KB article for manually uninstalling Exchange2000.

Subject: Uninstalling Exchange 2000

I ran our first Exchange Enterprise 2000 install this morning, placing the
Windows 2K Advanced server OS on the C: drive and the Exchange app on the
D: drive (each on separate RAID 5 arrays). Everything went fine adding it
to our existing single server Exchange 5.5 site.

I was then informed afterward that I would have to redo the install,
because our DR policy states that the OS and Apps must be on the same
volume and all data must be on a separate drive.

This means I will have to uninstall Exchange 2000. I understand that
domains do not like Exchange 2000 to be uninstalled and then reinstalled.
I actually had a HUGE problem with it in our test lab.

Can anyone point me to some supporting docs or tell me what I need to do
to get this done?

Thanks!
