I've got a Windows 2000 server (SP2) running IIS 5 along with OWA from Exchange 5.5 SP4. It's chugging along just fine, but if I try to install the post-Win2kSP2 Security Rollup Patch and login to the web app, I get the error "OWA was unable to get to your inbox" immediately after entering my domain credentials. I know that what I've entered in as my mailbox name is unique and no different than what I entered prior to applying the patch, so it's not an issue of Exchange not finding my mailbox.
This isn't that big of a deal yet, as according to hfnetchk I'm all patched up. But I found it odd that the SRP caused this behavior. Removing the SRP allows the server to work fine. I even reloaded the server from scratch just to test this, and sure enough the same thing happened.
So, has anyone seen this? I can't find any reports of it anywhere. =/
