OOPS my bad I must have been reading a couple messages. I was thinking for
some reason the mailbox had been moved and there were two mailboxes.

it does not show the duplicate) can you point in the right direction to find

Find the guid of the left over/old mailbox and clean it up. Pretty common
problem in a large org.

Do a query against AD to make sure she does not have a second object

I have seen it when a user has the mailbox name listed twice. The
solution I found was to zap the profile and give a fresh one.
