Morning,

We just switched one of our orgs over to RackSpace, for
email hosting. An issue we are having is that Outlook users get a "Your
OOF settings cannot be displayed because the server is unavailable.."
message when trying to set their OOF. This does work just fine in OWA,
however. Users are Outlook '07 and RackSpace is Xch '07. Outlook is
configured to run through the RackSpace proxy, using HTTP/SSL, basic
authentication.

I have Googled and found most of the hits pointing to
auto discover not being configured. I ran through the "Test email
autoconfiguration" steps and it does fail. However, it also fails in our
org (email still in-house, Outlook '03, '07 and '10; Xch '07), but OOF
works just fine in Outlook.

Other Googles came up with a few other
symptoms/resolutions, but nothing concrete. We have opened a ticket with
RS, but if anyone currently uses them and has ran into this, any ideas
would be appreciated.

TIA!
