Ok, I noticed the Mail Enable option for the
public folder. So subscribe that email to the list as normal (reviece
messages as they are contributed). Then subscribe the users who want the

Yes,
no mail will work. That's how I have it set up. Don't forget to make the default
permissions with at least create or you won't get any mail.

Ok, I have it setup and I'm receiving mail now. Only thing
that is kind of annoying is not knowing what mail is new and what is old.
Since everyone can view it, the bold on new messages dissapears after
anyone has viewed it. Anyway around this? Also

is viewing it as well, I can click on a message in the public folder, and
the bold will dissapear on mine, and will dissapear on his.Just

I'm on 5.5, not 2k. However, you might try what I'm doing. I have the
public folder in my favorites and I view it that way. I don't know if that will
solve your problem or not, but I guess it's worth a try.
