I have Exchange 5.5 SP3 and many exchange clients using Outlook 2000 are
getting 'Unable to update public free/busy data message' I checked at least
10 KB articles on this issue but non has resolved the problem. All users are
not getting this message but some are getting 20 times
to update Public Free Busy data
Have you tried the Outlook switch /CleanFreeBusy ? Check TechNet for

I presume that you have just moved from Exchange 5.x to Exchange 2000.
There is 1 similar article that addresses capitalization in the legacy
Exchange DN. Until these articles came out we would export the mail and
rules, whack the mailbox
