Thanks. That is what I used to identify the suspect users causing abnormal MAPI operations. I don't have the details in front of me, but a large majority of them were flagged as failed MAPI Find Row operations. I have a feeling CRM may have something to do with it as that is the only commonality

I tracked down a similar issue to users that had installed Xobni without permission. Those instances were causing MAPI session errors ( *exceeded the maximum of 500 objects of type objtFolder* ). Didn't take long to get that app uninstalled. Still trying to track down the cause of other users
