It's not the time but number of meetings that determines the Free/busy message size. I've seen it vary from a few hundred bytes to a few 10k bytes for a user with a lot of meetings over a 5+ year period. Do the math. A default public store is 30mb. With a few hundred users you may not even noti

I've been search for information about how much increasing the free busy information published out to 12 months. Most of the sites I've found only talk about the process not server impact, if any. our exchange servers have less then 500 user each. Other than some increase in the public folder store
