that even with a low threshold, some spam still gets through.

After upgrading exim from 4.43 to 4.52 today, the memory usage
from _SpamAssassin_ skyrocketed. And it skyrocketed that much

Well, I will leave the ClamAV in. That was an example. It is mostly my DNS
and Spam type checks which chew up additional time that I want to disable.
