Thanks, when i've checked the MUA authentication settings, i found its set to
none. Now i'm able to send the mail after setting it right.

I'm able to send mail from another user; I suspect permission issues on some
exim folder for this user. I have to confess that I've messed up some of the
uids and gids on my server.
