A few days ago I setup ClamAV on Exim mostly following instructions found online. My question is if there is a way to have exim remove the attachment or attempt to have exim clean the attachment instead of simply rejecting the message? I've done some searching but haven't had any luck. Thanks, A

My wonderful ISP has suddenly (like today I think) decided that I can no longer send any mail anywhere on port 25, including there own mail servers. They do however allow it through port 587, with smtp-auth. This breaks my smart host and I cannot find how to setup the smart host to send smtp-auth.

I'm not sure what I did, but I broke my exim install. It was working fine, till suddenly it wasn't. I was having a problem where it couldn't setuid and gid, but that was because the binary lost it's setuid bit, again, I have no idea how/why. My current problem is when mail is received, it is not d
