[exim] Exim creates mail if connections is dropped from client?

Hello, I'm currently experiencing strange things (using Exim 4.63), exim is creating empty mails: We have some unreliable connection between some server and our main server, sometimes the connection is dropped (at least it's that's what I think). I tried to simulate a session using netcat.
