Thanks Patrick.. I have moved the SMTP router to after the system_aliases one. It reads as follows: send_to_gateway: driver = manualroute domains = !+local_domains transport = remote_smtp route_list = * (address of internal SMTP gateway) Hopefully that will fix it up for me... Simon
