is anyone else having problems resolving rbls?
specifically i cannot resolve the spamhaus rbl sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org

DNS list lookup defer (probably timeout) for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx :
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org: assumed not in list
