Who knows, a good alert system for my Linux. I installed portsentry, but i don´t know how to do get a mail from this alert attacks.   EPRO

[expert] Problem with Traffic on my Interface

Some days ago, I have an attack over my interface and i don´t know how to stop that. My log is fill with lines like follow; Aug 21 23:08:36 myhostname kernel: Packet log: input DENY eth1 PROTO=17 216.33.240.60:1053 myIP:53 L=59 S=0x00 I=50971 F=0x T=50 (#1)   Someone know what can i do??

Hi, I use logcheck to know what happen whit my server. all message from the server are from [EMAIL PROTECTED], I  need use some more clear, like [EMAIL PROTECTED], i read the man of mail, but dont find anything, can use. Some body know how change the from part of this mail ?   Best Regards

This appear a lot of time in my log; Sep  2 02:35:32 myhost kernel: Packet log: input DENY eth1 PROTO=17 XX.XX.XX.XX:50255 YY.YY.YY.YY:53 L=72 S=0x00 I=31582 F=0x4000 T=64 (#1)   where XX.XX.XX.XX is an know IP and YY.YY.YY.YY is my hosts IP.   How know what happenend  

[expert] Segmentation fault

Hi, for some time the df -h command give me a "Segmentation fault", i have installed Mandrake 8.1   [root@epropc root]# uname -aLinux epropc 2.4.8-26mdk #1 Sun Sep 23 17:06:39 CEST 2001 i686 unknown[root@epropc root]# Somebody can help me with that or give me an idea for what happened
