I am going to convert my NT PDC to a LM 7.2 system this weekend and I will
be running Samba as the software for windows print and file share. I have
done several Linux systems in the past, but I was wondering if I should know
of any special considerations before I set up the partitions. Also I wan
does anyone whick packages I need to install dosemu .. I didn't see the
option in LM 7.1 when I set it up. I have 5 Linux CBTs that will run is a

In my easrly Red Hat days, there was a 2 floppy set you could make with
rawwrite and boot a networked PC and do an install from the RedHat RPM
repository.. a complete install if you wanted.. is there a facility like
this for LM.. or have I missed something in the previous threads ??

I have scammed an old dual P-166 Dell box and plan to upgrade the chips ..
will LM autodetect the SMP configuration or do I have to recompile the
kernel after installation ..
