Hi, that is good to hear. Pine is widely used by blind and other handicap 
people, because it works well with such access software asspeakup which 
given spoken feedback to what is displayed on the screen. It would be a 
shame if Mandrake removed the rpm for pine  conciddering how 
accessible and how useful it has been from a Linux accessibility 
standpoint.

The college I recently attended also widely used pine in their comp labs, 
and I don't really see pine's useage going down in the future.
