Finished downloading 7.1 and created the boot floppy from hd.img. Tried everything possible but it doesn't see /dev/hda8 where the download is. Tried using hd.img from Cooker but have the same problem. Does anybody have an idea how I can fix this? /dev/hda8 is an ext2 logical partition under /dev/hda2 alt-F4 shows install only seeing /dev/hda1 and /dev/hda2 no partition on /dev/hda shows up in the list of partitions to select from BTW, I don't have any room to move it over to /dev/hdb.
