/usr/bin/createuser phpgwuser --pwprompt
So far so good, but it seems to work with phpgroupw

create a header.inc.php file. As explained in installation doc, I did
(as postgres user):
/usr/bin/createdb phpgroupware
/usr/bin/createuser phpgwuser --pwprompt
So far so good, but it seems to work with phpgroup
