Can anyone point me to some links to get my digital video camera working with linux? This is one of the last of my Windows 'hold outs'. I expect I will need to recompile my kernel for firewire support.
Beyond that, what software are people using to get video off of their camera, and do editing? Tia, Bill. (Mandrake 9.0 beta 4, if it matters..)
