Updated from stock Mandrake 9.0 KDE rpms --> KDE 3.1 RC5 from texstar (http://www.pclinuxonline.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=4114). I even: mv $HOME/.kde $HOME/.kde-old Install went fine. Booting up. I'm digging it. Only problems: Konqueror, in file browse/management/preview mode will hang, no matter what. It displays the files, and then hangs hard. No clicks are reflected in the window. I can kill it, but it happens every time. Web Browsing mode works great, but anytime I switch to displaying files (even without switching the mode), it hangs. No exceptions. Using the stock .kde dir it created on boot. Any ideas? This is killing my vibe. Brendan
