I have just installed Mandrake 8.1 on a new machine, and I was hoping to
use Webmin to configure it, but I can't seem to connect to it. The best
response I get is 'The connection was refused when attempting to contact
127.0.0.1:1.'
Anybody have any idea what I need to do to make webmin
