Hi all,
I just intsalled Mandarke 7.2 . I chose the development option
during install. Everything looks great but everything has slowed down.
I run KDE2. The boot up process takes long when I view the memory it is
taking up in my KDE control panel (they have this thing now )
It is taking 90MB of my 128 MB RAM with only KDE and the control center
running. Every Konsole window I open up again takes a lot of memory
This was not the case with 7.1. With Netscape 6 running that is it!!!.
May be I have a lot of daemons running but why is the boot up so slow??
