directories or files. It is not an option to install it into my home
directory,

I have reinstalled Mozilla 0.6 and am trying to make it work with secure web
pages. I tried installing the PSM but am not permitted as a user to do so,
so I did it as root. Now, as root running mozilla, I am able to startup the
PSM but as a user, trying to start it up locks up kwm. My mouse
