Right whenever I log on update-menus and install-menu run. They also fail to do anything, I cant find why. Gnome is fine and has successfully made the menu install that first showed the problem up. I'm pretty much at my wits end. This is what is running when I log on.
update-menus -u /usr/sbin/install-menu /etc/menu-methods//menu -u -f --stdin Any help would be great otherwise its out with the disks and a full reinstall. grrrr.
