Looking at the files in my Mandrake 7.1 install I see a whole lot of files that appear unnecessary and that I would like to delete to save disk space. Some obvious candidates are: /usr/lib/linuxconf/help.de , help .es, etc (all the help files in languages I do not speak) Is it safe to delete these directories?
