[expert] cgi-bin problem

Hello all!! I am trying to get a .pl cgi script to run I can run it manualy from the command line and get the desired output when I try to access the cgi from the web I get the following in error_log No such file or directory: exec of /home/httpd/cgi-bin/tfc_bandwidth,pl failed I know that the
