Running Mandrake 7.1 and cups.
I cannot print. When I start printtool (as su) to see what is happening, I
get the following message lines on the terminal:

Starting CUPS printing system: [PASSED]
unable to connect to cups server at /usr/lib/libDrakX/printer.pm line 384.

What does this mean and what can I do to correct it?
The file /usr/lib/libDrakX/printer.pm is there. I am not sure which is line
384 that it cannot read.
lines 381 to 384 are:
