Whenever I reboot my Mandrake 6.0 system, the permissions on several important files change from 666 to 600 so that other users are unable to use them. Each time I reboot, I have to change them back. This matters cause it happens to files in my /dev/ heirarchy, notably /dev/audio and /dev/dsp.
