[expert] smbclient and smbtar - not installed / available

I'm running 7.0 and it doesn't seem to have smbclient of smbtar. Aren't those part of samba? I setup some shares with samba and I would like to access the zip drive in a windows client for backups but I can't find smbtar or smbclient for that matter. Andy
