It looks like konqueror does not understand either the MIME type or simply the extension of the file. Have you tried changing the file associations so that *.asp is treated the same as *.html? Just a thought. Dave On Wednesday 10 January 2001 12:39, you wrote: > I am running Mandrake 7.2, ker

I don't use KDE and Konqueror, but this sounds like a mime-type/file association problem. Can you configure such in Konqueror like you can in Netscape? --- Praedor Tempus <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > I am running Mandrake 7.2, kernel-2.2.17, KDE 2.1 on > both a laptop and a > desktop machine. T

Hi... I get this from time to time (with KDE2.1 beta 1). I'm thinking it's due to some condition in the environment (maybe a memory leak) because sometimes it goes away after logging out and and back in. Here's a URL that's doing it right now: http://www.ozemail.com.au/~djf01/body-1.

Yeah, I tried to no avail. Hell, html doesn't work either - at least not if I select an html or htm link in Kmail. If I select a link in mail, it looks like the system tries to download the page instead of loading it. Konqueror never appears with the html rendered. If I open konqueror and t

That's wierd, because my kmail launches konqueror from a link with no problem, and the page loads perfectly -- unless there are other unsupported JavaScript issues or something. Are you *sure* your file associations are set up correctly? Dave At 08:18 PM 01/10/2001 -0700, you wrote: >Yeah, I
