Nothing is as fully developed as FUEL. You can try using the TextMate plugin with the e text editor from http://www.e-texteditor.com/, which is compatible with TextMate bundles. Its syntax highlighting should work out of the box, but the REPL interaction support relies on MacOS X's Services feature
