11 of us did so in Western NY & found the experience deeper than sometimes 90%
felt so , all will do so again,11 will join us … … me to meditate, 3 did
breathing teck prior to meditation, I note. Next time & the numbers will
increase all felt so by bringing friends, the next time when ever
Ten of us all my close & new meditators friends in Buffalo NY at my small
condo home in a burb of Buffalo Amherst all others are welcome to do so with us
or alone at their place & or will at this time meditate together along with a
larger group in Rochester NY wle...@aol.com 4 direction etc.
