I'm not sure what you're doing, but the image URL you're posting keeps getting mangled. When I post an embedded image using the website's rich text editor, I embed the images by writing the HTML code myself. To do that, check the little box labeled "View HTML Source" and embed the image with the IMG SRC tag. E.g.:
After posting the HTML, uncheck the little box and you'll see if the image embedded correctly.
