[FairfieldLife] Hing instead of garlic

I love hummous. But I always have to watch when I eat it because it can be top-heavy with garlic...and seeing clients with garlic-breath is a no-no. I often use hing (asafoetida) as a garlic replacement in recipes that call for garlic for that reason. Not that I don't love garlic -- I do --
