I was looking at the IA website and noticed sweeping changes to the grants system, particularly that grants for people from outside the USA have been dropped completely.
Does anyone know why this happened? Is it a case of more for the pundits? or is the money running out? Sorry if this has been discussed before and I've missed it. I've had a look at recent days and not seen anything.
