100 Maharishi Enlightenment Centers to Open As part of the recent impetus to bring Maharishi's knowledge to the world via newly recertified teachers of the Transcendental Meditation technique and the establishment of Maharishi Peace Palaces in communities around the world, Maharishi Enlightenment Centers are opening initially in over 100 locations in the United States beginning in late April and early May. These Maharishi Enlightenment Centers will open as storefronts in commercial areas such as malls and will be accompanied by wide-scale newspaper display advertising. According to a participant on the recent recertification course, the Centers are aimed at that portion of the population interested in natural health and personal and societal development and growth. The new stores will feature instruction in the Transcendental Meditation technique, a Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health(SM) spa, organic food and clothing, wellness and educational programs, non-synthetic health and personal care products and services, and books, music, and videos related to Maharishi Vedic technologies. *** source: The Review, Vol. 20, #15, May 4, 2005
