Katy Sagal's work is extraordinary in "Sons of Anarchy" which her hubby
Kurt Sutter produces and is one of the best shows on cable. She's come
quite a way from "Married with Children". The season 6 finale was quite
something where Sagal's character Gemma went over the top.

I didn't see it until it was in reruns, but I loved it, at least the early
seasons. I thought the more it began to depend on really crude raunch, the less
clever it got, and I pretty much stopped watching after the third season.
Christina Applegate was brilliant. She was so screamingly funny
I just heard that meaning of "bitch" yesterday and thought it was cute. I
loved this show! Perfectly cast.
Actually, I like cruel humour. My favourite US comedy show - I mean the one
that literally had me rolling on the floor clutching my sides - was "Married
with Children". It was merciless. Breathtakingly merciless.
