No, Barry, the 'West Nile Virus' didn't come over 
from Egypt! Do you even know where the West Nile 
is located? LoL!

Apparently West Nile virus is one of the Japanese 
encephalitis antigenic serocomplex of viruses, in 
the family Flaviviridae, the same virus that 
probably killed Alexander the Great. 

I mean, if it could take Alexander down, anyone 
could get it, right?

getting paranoid. Your dogs won't show any signs of 
the infection. 

Which is not to say that your pet can't become 
infected. But it would be a cause of alarm if it 
were to be determined that your dog was *infecting 
the mosquitos* - we know you've got to put up with 
a lot of flea problems over there.
