It seems to me that the only explanation for still
believing that there is such a thing as "good" karma
and "bad" karma is humans' need to justify their
beliefs and actions. There is only karma.

Also that another explanation for the seeming
success of his early years is that the German people
were so fixated on finding someone to blame for
their own karma, and he supplied scapegoats.
