I wrote that in December of 2012. I think there had been a lot of
chatter about people talking on their phones or as often true just a lot
of boring chatter on FFL that inspired it. :-D

Greece's problem is probably an indicator of the world economy. The US itself
has a national debt of about $17 trillion, but it's not suffering like Greece.
IMO, this is due to the productivity of the US and the potential productivity
for years to come. As such, many countries are willing to
